Synopsis

INSIDE OUT is a musical about five women (and a group leader) in group therapy. When they can no longer speak, they sing. In several scenes, they roleplay people in their lives, bringing those people to life. In one scene, they roleplay one another, in a turn of events that's both funny and devastating. What is it that keeps these women returning for more? Support -- the gift that helps them get through life.

This show originated in 1989 under the title Roleplay at the Group Repertory Theatre in North Hollywood, but its continued development led to substantial changes and a new title.

Principal cast included Ann Crumb, Kathleen Mahony-Bennett, Harriett D. Foy, Jan Maxwell, Cass Morgan, Julie Prosser.
