Synopsis
The plot is about a group of summer stock actors who are overworked and underpaid. After their director sells them up the creek for the next great Broadway straight play, "THE GREAT NORTH", they decide to put on their own show in a barn. Valantine White is their ringleader, who forgets about his best girl Susie Ward for the "serious" actress Jennifer Owen, in town for The Great North. Gus and Terry are an on again / off again couple who get into trouble when Terry flirts with show producer Steve Edwards in an attempt to get him to see their show only to catch him kissing Susie. Bunnie is the directors assistant who has found herself in her 20's and still not a real actress. In the end, the show is a success, and everyone lives happily ever after.
