This feature-length biographical film combines the musical theater of, and stories about show business from, the great team of John Kander and Fred Ebb and Alan Jay Lerner. Best known for their work on CHICAGO and CABARET, Kander and Ebb play their favorites and recount tales from throughout their careers. Perhaps best known for his work on MY FAIR LADY and GIGI, Lerner performs some of his hits and discusses the art of writing. This well-crafted documentary provides a good balance of history and music, and should interest any fan of musical theater.
